Professional Growth & Collaboration
Supervision & Consultation
Our clinical supervision and consultation services are designed to support therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals in their ongoing personal and professional development. Rooted in the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), our supervision provides a compassionate, non-pathologizing space where clinicians can explore both client dynamics and their own internal processes with curiosity and clarity.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation
IFS recognizes that we are all made up of many “parts,” and that healing occurs when we connect with our core Self—our inner source of calm, confidence, and compassion. In supervision, this approach allows us to:
Deepen clinical insight by exploring both client and therapist parts that show up in the therapeutic relationship.
Increase attunement and presence in session through embodied Self-leadership.
Support ethical decision-making and case conceptualization from a trauma-informed, systemic lens.
Cultivate professional growth through self-reflection, mindful awareness, and ongoing learning.
Whether you are IFS-trained, IFS-informed, or curious about incorporating parts work into your practice, supervision is tailored to meet you where you are. We welcome therapists at all stages—pre-licensed, associate, or fully licensed—who are seeking a supportive and enriching supervision experience.
Supervision Rates | $50 - $100

Speaking Engagements
Nicole and Kirsten have built a strong foundation in co-facilitating professional trainings, beginning with their work in public education where they led sessions on trauma-informed care, youth mental health, and suicide prevention for educators. This early training work shaped a collaborative, experiential approach to teaching that continues to define their presentations today.
In 2025, they were invited to present at the Collective Conversations: Setting Hope in Motion Conference in Baltimore, Maryland — bringing their IFS-informed perspective to a multi-disciplinary audience of helping professionals. Their session, The Parts We Hold: IFS-Informed Strategies for Helping Professionals, used self-reflection, group discussion, and experiential learning to give participants techniques they could readily use in the professional setting.
Kirsten and Nicole continue to refine and expand their teaching skills through their ongoing roles as Program Assistants for the IFS Institute. Kirsten also serves as a staff member for IFIO.

“Starting supervision with Kirsten and Nicole has been the jump start I needed to really pursue my clinical licensure. They create an environment that is supportive, collaborative, and challenging to develop skills. It is an amazing opportunity to learn about you and future practice. The best decision I made was to finally start supervision!”
