Healing goes beyond words — and so does the work we do together.
A clinician shaped by deep curiosity…
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. As a co-founder of Soul Meets Body Treatment Center LLC, I bring extensive training in experiential therapy modalities to every client relationship.
My work is grounded in a profound respect for the body's wisdom. I believe that meaningful healing requires more than insight — it requires a safe relationship, careful attention to the nervous system, and a willingness to go where words fall short. I work primarily with adult individuals and have a particular affinity for supporting other clinicians in their own healing work.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to co-creating a sanctuary for self-discovery — a space where you are truly seen, nurtured, and supported every step of the way.

SPECIALTY FOCUS
Deep Brain Reorienting
Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) is a gentle, precision-focused therapy that works at the earliest layers of trauma — before thoughts or emotions even form. When something overwhelming occurs, the brainstem holds the original shock and tension from that moment. Long afterward, the body may remain on alert without us understanding why.
DBR helps you slow down and notice the subtle physical sensations connected to these deep survival reactions. By carefully tracking these sensations within a safe, guided relationship, your system can complete the unfinished responses from the original experience — allowing body and brain to release stored shock and settle into genuine calm.
I hold training through Level 2, with Level 3 scheduled for late 2026, and continue my development through ongoing DBR consultation. This commitment to advanced study means I bring both rigorous technique and ongoing clinical reflection to this nuanced work.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY
An integrative approach to lasting change
Mental wellness is comprehensive and requires integrating the mind, body, and human spirit. My practice weaves together evidence-informed, experiential modalities tailored to your unique needs — not a formula, but a genuine partnership.
Experiential Modalities
Healing happens not just through insight, but through the body and the deeper layers of experience. Drawing on somatic therapy approaches alongside inner system exploration, our sessions create space to access what words alone cannot reach — the nervous system's held responses, the body's wisdom, and the parts of you still carrying old pain.
Systems Perspective
You are a whole person, shaped by the relationships, communities, and systems around you. Your struggles are never viewed in isolation — family history, culture, environment, and life experience are all part of the picture. Healing means tending to the full context of who you are, not just managing symptoms.
Person-Centered Care
Every modality is offered in service of you — your pace, your history, your goals. This work is always co-created, never dictated. You are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools and presence as you move toward the life and wholeness you deserve.
WHO I WORK WITH
Individuals seeking depth
I work primarily with adults who are ready to move beyond surface-level symptom management and explore the deeper roots of what keeps them stuck. Whether you're navigating long-standing trauma, working through relational patterns, or simply sensing that something more is available to you — this is work we can do together.
I also hold a passion for supporting fellow clinicians in their own healing. Therapists, social workers, and other helping professionals often carry a unique burden and deserve the same depth of care they offer others.
Services are available in person at our downtown Hanover, PA office — convenient to the Maryland border — and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.
